Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts within the technology or data center services industry.
  • Proven success selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions into large-scale data center environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or related technology lifecycle services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and drive strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard sales/account management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client engagement and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large enterprise and hyperscale technology accounts by identifying opportunities for expanded services and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, client retention, and multi-year solution expansion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers across customer organizations.
  • Analyze client business objectives, operational environments, and infrastructure needs to recommend tailored ITAD and data center solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer priorities to proactively uncover new business opportunities.
