Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- 3+ years in B2C direct consumer-facing environments.
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, inbound/outbound sales environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience managing pipelines and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger) is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective management of inbound and outbound customer interactions.
- Guide prospective customers through a consultative sales process, educating them on stem cell preservation and related genetic services.
- Maintain and manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Proactively engage existing clients to generate referrals and promote additional service offerings.
- Clearly communicate technical, scientific, and clinical information in an accessible and customer-friendly manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and adhere to defined schedules, performance metrics, and operational processes.
