Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or operations excellence roles
- Strong expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience leading shop floor transformation and operational improvement initiatives
- Background in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering (Bachelor’s required)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven change management and cross-functional leadership experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced industrial environments
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead operational transformation initiatives across global manufacturing sites
- Apply lean manufacturing tools such as VSM, Kaizen, line balancing, and waste reduction
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops (Kaizen, 3P, and similar methodologies)
- Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve throughput and efficiency
- Improve material flow, workplace ergonomics, and shop floor processes
- Provide on-site operational support during peak demand or instability periods
- Develop and implement corrective actions to mitigate operational risks
- Share best practices and improvement insights across global sites
