Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required
  • PMP certification completed or in progress preferred
  • 8+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale software delivery, implementation, or upgrade programs in SaaS or healthcare technology environments
  • Proven leadership experience managing large cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, hybrid project delivery models, and enterprise project governance
  • Hands-on experience with project management platforms such as Smartsheet or similar tools
  • Solid understanding of software release management, environment promotion, version control, and testing methodologies
  • Experience managing customer-facing enterprise programs with executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication responsibilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims processing, member enrollment, benefits administration, or provider management workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security requirements involving PHI and PII data handling

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software upgrade and release delivery programs, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support for enterprise customers.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource strategies, and dependency tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders and internal leadership teams to align technical delivery plans with business goals and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, cloud operations, support, product management, and customer success to ensure successful program execution.
  • Manage risks, escalations, issue resolution, and mitigation strategies to maintain delivery timelines and quality standards.
  • Oversee delivery governance, reporting, and executive communications, providing clear project updates, dashboards, and escalation briefings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies, improving release quality metrics, and enhancing operational scalability.
  • Maintain upgrade best practices, lessons learned documentation, customer communication templates, and delivery standards.
