Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong engineering skills across the full stack in TypeScript.
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Proven ability to build effective UI in a modern React/TypeScript codebase.
- AWS experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.
- Ability to navigate and debug across multiple layers of the stack.
- Experience with monorepo or multi-service architecture.
- Experience shipping SaaS products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and build APIs and services in our NestJS/TypeScript backend.
- Build and iterate on user-facing features in our React/TypeScript frontend.
- Own features end-to-end: from understanding the problem to production observability.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software by implementing automated testing.
- Work within AWS infrastructure and make decisions about service boundaries.
- Proactively identify and resolve production issues.
- Mentor other engineers through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance.
