Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years focused on frontend development with React and TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of component architecture and rendering patterns.
- Reliability-first engineering experience.
- Experience profiling/optimizing for latency and performance in data-intensive UIs.
- 2+ years of real-time UI experience (WebSockets, streaming data).
- Accessibility expertise (WCAG 2.2 AA).
- Strong testing discipline (Vitest, Jest, Testing Library, Playwright).
- 2+ years with a production ownership mindset.
- 2+ years of demonstrated technical mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Design and build performant, accessible SPAs for real-time contact center workflows.
- Contribute to and maintain a shared component library/design system.
- Write well-tested, production-grade TypeScript (React and Node.js).
- Design for reliability, gracefull degradation, and load performance.
- Own production readiness (logging, metrics, alerting, incident response).
- Profile and optimize rendering performance and memory usage.
- Participate in architecture decisions and documentation.
- Mentor other engineers through code review and pairing.
