Requirements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in a startup environment
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare or medtech
- Experience building projects, products, or startups from scratch
- Strong understanding of current technology and AI trends in healthcare/medtech
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude
- Ability to identify market opportunities and translate into business ideas
- Strong networking and business development capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective in fast-paced, early-stage environments
- Knowledge of project management and process design
- C1+ level of spoken and written English
- C1+ level of spoken and written Polish
Responsibilities
- Co-creating and leading the new startup
- Crafting the long-term vision and strategy of the company
- Leading the product development process in collaboration with engineering, AI, and healthcare design teams
- Stimulating revenue growth through sales strategies, partnerships, and expansion to new markets
- Building and leading a high-performing founding team
- Monitoring technological and market trends related to AI, automation, and the future of healthcare and medtech
- Managing the operational and financial aspects of the company
- Representing the startup in discussions with investors, healthcare institutions, and ecosystem partners
