Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management or Product Management (EdTech, eLearning, SaaS, or similar).
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to build and scale remote teams.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial drive — comfortable growing into a business leadership role.
  • Excellent communication skills: bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Bonus: background in trade education, workforce development, or vocational training.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize our existing virtual trade school platform.
  • Oversee program delivery across multiple trade verticals (Appliance Repair, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.).
  • Develop a roadmap for multi-language expansion (English, Spanish first, then more).
  • Recruit, train, and lead a cross-functional team (instructors, support staff, marketing).
  • Scale student enrollment and revenue through operational excellence and innovation.
  • Track KPIs, measure impact, and continuously improve product and processes.
  • Align academy’s growth with Home Alliance’s broader vision.
