Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of insurance claims experience in the Delivery/Courier space
- Bodily injury and property damage experience
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Active licensure, home state or designated home state
- Willingness to obtain all relevant licenses within 45 days of hire
- Comfortable with technology and ability to evolve claims systems
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Integrity, ethics, and a strong sense of accountability
Responsibilities
- Oversee work within the Commercial Transportation, Delivery/Courier Claims adjusting staff
- Balance management responsibilities and individual contributor responsibilities
- Implement and maintain best practices for claims handling
- Serve as a resource for escalated claims
- Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and encourage professional growth
- Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports, metrics, and analyses to clients
- Advise clients on claim trends and loss mitigation
