Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or workforce analytics roles
- Prior experience in a leadership or team lead capacity is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience building dashboards and presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and operational improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Staff Analytics team, providing direction, mentorship, and operational oversight
- Collaborate with HR and internal stakeholders to define key workforce metrics and reporting needs
- Design and implement data collection frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights on staff performance and organizational effectiveness
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for operational and strategic improvement
- Ensure continuous improvement of analytics processes, tools, and methodologies
- Stay informed on best practices in data analytics and workforce planning to enhance internal capabilities
