Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in data science, advanced analytics, or computational sciences.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics techniques.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable analytical solutions.
- Ability to develop clear data visualizations, reports, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models to generate predictive insights.
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python, R, and SQL.
- Perform data wrangling, statistical analysis, NLP, and text mining.
- Build dashboards, visualizations, and presentations to communicate insights.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Explore and apply generative AI techniques to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reproducibility of analytical outputs.
- Collaborate with data engineers, statisticians, clinicians, and business stakeholders.
- Support ad hoc analytical requests and rapid-turnaround projects.
- Stay current with emerging data science methodologies.
