Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Complete all closing protection letters
- Conduct bankruptcy and patriot searches
- Assist Scheduling Team with scheduling closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys
- Coordinate customized mailings throughout transaction
- Assist scanning/shipping team as needed
