Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing customer contact and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate department
  • Complete all closing protection letters
  • Conduct bankruptcy and patriot searches
  • Assist Scheduling Team with scheduling closing appointments with Notaries and Attorneys
  • Coordinate customized mailings throughout transaction
  • Assist scanning/shipping team as needed
