Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and in-app support channels
  • Assist users with cards, transactions, account access, fraud, and payments
  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer support
  • Work alongside AI support agents and handle escalated cases
  • Improve AI-generated responses and support processes
  • Identify recurring customer issues and suggest workflow improvements
  • Assist with fraud-related inquiries and chargeback processes
  • Maintain accurate support documentation and case notes
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams
