Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and in-app support channels
- Assist users with cards, transactions, account access, fraud, and payments
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer support
- Work alongside AI support agents and handle escalated cases
- Improve AI-generated responses and support processes
- Identify recurring customer issues and suggest workflow improvements
- Assist with fraud-related inquiries and chargeback processes
- Maintain accurate support documentation and case notes
- Collaborate with operations, product, and engineering teams
