Requirements
- 1+ years of medical leadership experience in health plan or provider environments.
- 3+ years of direct patient care experience in clinical practice.
- Strong record and competency in public speaking.
- Direct experience with managed care organizations (MCOs).
- Familiarity with MCO structures, medical management priorities, CM, and UM.
- Knowledge of clinical research study design and methods.
- High business and clinical acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver product-related clinical sales messaging to prospective and current customers.
- Cultivate C-level relationships to support account growth and retention.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical programs and behavioral health interventions.
- Conduct presentations at trade shows, participate in interviews, and release media statements.
- Provide clinical expertise to sales and account management teams.
- Analyze and interpret customer-specific data using BI tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize clinical product performance.
- Support the Chief Medical Officer with strategy, outcomes measurement, and clinical service innovation.
