Requirements

  • 1+ years of medical leadership experience in health plan or provider environments.
  • 3+ years of direct patient care experience in clinical practice.
  • Strong record and competency in public speaking.
  • Direct experience with managed care organizations (MCOs).
  • Familiarity with MCO structures, medical management priorities, CM, and UM.
  • Knowledge of clinical research study design and methods.
  • High business and clinical acumen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product-related clinical sales messaging to prospective and current customers.
  • Cultivate C-level relationships to support account growth and retention.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for clinical programs and behavioral health interventions.
  • Conduct presentations at trade shows, participate in interviews, and release media statements.
  • Provide clinical expertise to sales and account management teams.
  • Analyze and interpret customer-specific data using BI tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize clinical product performance.
  • Support the Chief Medical Officer with strategy, outcomes measurement, and clinical service innovation.
