Requirements
- 7-8 years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, ML engineering, or data science.
- 2-3 years of experience in AI development or machine learning engineering with production deployments.
- Strong Python development skills with experience in frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with AWS AI/ML services (Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker).
- Expertise in AI agents, agentic workflows, and orchestration patterns.
- Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Knowledge of RAG systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, pgvector), and retrieval techniques.
- Familiarity with MLOps pipelines, experiment tracking, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with React for building user-facing AI interfaces.
- Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and governance in AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and integrations.
- Implement AI agents, agentic workflows, and LLM-based automation.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using AWS services like Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
- Develop and maintain RAG-based solutions including vector search and retrieval logic.
- Contribute to ML pipelines and MLOps practices for production deployment.
- Implement AI evaluation frameworks to assess LLM outputs, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on architecture and engineering standards.
- Provide technical guidance on code quality, testing, and observability.
