Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience (startup or fast-paced environment a plus).
- Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, visual design, and user-centered thinking.
- Experience working across web, mobile, and responsive design.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Comfort with rapid iteration.
- Familiarity with modern design tools (Figma, etc.) and basic prototyping tools.
- Systems thinker who can design for scale.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for assigned features from research to delivery.
- Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and design to deliver user experiences.
- Digest user research to turn insights into actionable design improvements.
- Engage in design critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system for consistency and accessibility.
- Maintain exceptional craft and attention to detail.
- Proactively identify design opportunities to improve product usability.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and tools to bring fresh ideas.
