- 5+ years of leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of clinical drug development and regulatory documentation requirements.
- Proven ability to lead global teams and manage complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience with vendor management, outsourcing models, and CRO collaboration.
- Strong storytelling and scientific communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong strategic mindset with executive and operational capability.
- Experience identifying risks and maintaining compliance in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and continuous refinement of a global medical writing organization.
- Define and execute a global medical writing excellence strategy.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality regulatory and clinical documents.
- Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, globally distributed team.
- Drive talent strategy, recruitment, and capability development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and scientific excellence.
- Oversee capacity planning, resource allocation, and management of CRO/vendor partnerships.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency across all deliverables.
- Lead scientific communication strategies for regulators, investigators, and leadership.
- Champion process improvements and AI-enabled innovation.
