Requirements
- 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience.
- Significant exposure to middle-market Private Equity owned businesses.
- Experience building, mentoring, and setting standards for high-performing FP&A teams.
- Strong understanding of cash flow dynamics, debt structures, and value creation plans.
- Advanced financial modeling skills.
- Knowledge of ERP and EPM platforms.
- Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, or Python.
- Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt AI tools.
- Proven ability to generate business leads from a professional network.
Responsibilities
- Serve clients within the Office of the CFO at Private Equity portfolio companies.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of FP&A engagements including scoping, staffing, and quality control.
- Develop and maintain relationships with portfolio companies and Private Equity sponsors.
- Identify new growth and shared revenue opportunities to expand FP&A capability.
- Provide strategic thought leadership on forecasting, cash flow, performance reporting, and KPI frameworks.
- Develop and enhance repeatable delivery playbooks, templates, and methodologies.
- Contribute to developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions for clients.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members as part of the leadership team.
