Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles at Director, VP, or senior HR business partner level.
  • Strong background in high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-scaling environments.
  • Proven experience building HR systems, processes, and infrastructure.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, compensation design, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to partner with Finance, Legal, and executive teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience leading or scaling HR functions in PE- or VC-backed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR/SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, build, and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Provide coaching and support to HR team members and business leaders.
  • Oversee employee relations, including performance issues and investigations.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Design and implement scalable performance management systems.
  • Champion culture through surveys and development initiatives.
  • Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
  • Own HR operations, including HRIS/ATS systems and onboarding.
  • Develop total rewards programs, including compensation and equity planning.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and compensation cycles.
