Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles at Director, VP, or senior HR business partner level.
- Strong background in high-growth technology, SaaS, or similarly fast-scaling environments.
- Proven experience building HR systems, processes, and infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, compensation design, performance management, and HR compliance.
- Strong business acumen with ability to partner with Finance, Legal, and executive teams.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience leading or scaling HR functions in PE- or VC-backed environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- HR certifications such as SHRM or PHR/SPHR preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead, build, and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Provide coaching and support to HR team members and business leaders.
- Oversee employee relations, including performance issues and investigations.
- Partner with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Design and implement scalable performance management systems.
- Champion culture through surveys and development initiatives.
- Lead talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
- Own HR operations, including HRIS/ATS systems and onboarding.
- Develop total rewards programs, including compensation and equity planning.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting and compensation cycles.
