Requirements

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead-level role with location or scope ownership.
  • Expertise in HRIS platforms such as HiBob.
  • Experience managing multi-country or multi-jurisdiction HR operations.
  • Background supporting operational environments such as data centers or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
  • Experience driving HR process improvements or automation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for all HR Operations matters.
  • Lead onboarding and offboarding programs for office and operational site employees.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, Immigration, Compensation, and Benefits teams.
  • Maintain HRIS data integrity and governance.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Support and lead HR Operations projects across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Oversee documentation and operational playbooks.
  • Collaborate with EHS and site operations teams in mission-critical environments.
