Requirements
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations.
- At least 2 years in a senior or lead-level role with location or scope ownership.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as HiBob.
- Experience managing multi-country or multi-jurisdiction HR operations.
- Background supporting operational environments such as data centers or manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR compliance frameworks.
- Experience driving HR process improvements or automation initiatives.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent experience).
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Act as the primary escalation point for all HR Operations matters.
- Lead onboarding and offboarding programs for office and operational site employees.
- Partner with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, Immigration, Compensation, and Benefits teams.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and governance.
- Identify and drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support and lead HR Operations projects across multiple locations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
- Oversee documentation and operational playbooks.
- Collaborate with EHS and site operations teams in mission-critical environments.
