Requirements
- 3-5+ years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (preferably Java, Scala, Ruby on Rails, or Python).
- Experience with or strong exposure to architectural patterns for high-scale, distributed web applications.
- Passion for delivering products end-to-end (ideation through implementation).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate technical tradeoffs.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Build and own features for money movement systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and Legal partners.
- Contribute to cross-team initiatives driving conversion and payment economics.
- Triage, scope, and evaluate feasibility of proposed features.
- Contribute to quality initiatives, reducing defect rates and improving incident detection.
- Participate in experimental A/B testing.
- Help elevate the engineering organization through collaborative teamwork.
