Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in product or high-level business analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose complex business problems independently
- Experience with BI/visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-assisted analysis tools
- Degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Statistics, or Data Science
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders
- Experience with large-scale data warehouses like Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Consulting mindset and ability to quickly build domain context
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to frame analytical approaches and solve complex operational challenges
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to diagnose root causes and identify optimization opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards for operational and financial performance tracking
- Perform business reviews including bridge and waterfall analyses
- Leverage LLMs and AI tools for data exploration and workflow automation
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured recommendations
- Develop foundational data assets, aggregates, and pipelines
