Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research.
- 10+ years of industry experience (M.S.) or 6+ years (Ph.D.) in applied science or data science.
- Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem.
- Expertise in at least one: Measurement & Experimentation at Scale, Identity Graph Creation, or Predictive Modeling with Signal Loss.
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Strong understanding of experimental design, causal inference, or A/B testing.
- Experience with machine learning or optimization techniques.
- Track record of influencing product and engineering partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and employ probabilistic models for identity resolution to maximize addressability while honoring privacy.
- Advance statistical rigor behind Brand and Conversion Lift products through innovative experimental design.
- Define strategy for new signal sources to improve bidding efficiency and ROAS.
- Design objective functions and truth sets to train models and measure the incremental impact of the identity graph.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and sales to align on strategic goals.
- Set technical standards and mentor team members in modeling and experimentation.
