Requirements

- Strong background in the aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing sectors
- Established network of industry contacts
- Deep understanding of TIC industry dynamics and certification processes
- Experience competing in highly regulated, compliance-driven markets
- Demonstrated success closing complex, consultative sales deals
- Ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders
- Experience working with or alongside accredited certification bodies
- Proficiency with Salesforce and standard business tools
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for AS9100 and ISO certification services
- Leverage an existing network within aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing to generate new opportunities
- Position certification services as a strategic advantage
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions aligned to client regulatory and operational needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Stay close to market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
