Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients
- College degree
- 2+ years experience in QBO (QuickBooks Online)
- Experience with Bill.com, Ramp, Gusto, or similar payroll software
- Ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Reliable home internet connection and environment conducive to video calls
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operations for clients (transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations, etc.)
- Organize daily tasks in Karbon practice management system
- Interact with clients to answer specific questions or seek information
- Collaborate with team members to resolve questions or uncertainties
- Maintain high accuracy and integrity in all financial tasks
