Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives.
- Set clear targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
- Optimize full sales funnel from lead to close.
- Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate forecasts.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up processes.
- Partner with marketing on lead quality and messaging alignment.
- Ensure strict CRM hygiene and data-driven execution.
