Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives.
  • Set clear targets, KPIs, and activity benchmarks.
  • Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions to improve sales skills.
  • Optimize full sales funnel from lead to close.
  • Monitor pipeline health and deliver accurate forecasts.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up processes.
  • Partner with marketing on lead quality and messaging alignment.
  • Ensure strict CRM hygiene and data-driven execution.
