- Two years in nurse educator, care management, or social work
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW).
- Possession of active licensure as a Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Social Worker - Supervisor.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in nurse education, care management, or social work.
- Experience in staff development training is preferred.
- Understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop educational curricula for Case Managers and Social Workers.
- Implement classroom and clinical instruction for orientation and ongoing professional development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs.
- Serve as an educational consultant within the Health System.
- Collaborate with Nursing Staff Development teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CM/SW roles and industry best practices.
- Monitor and educate on changes in government and payer guidelines and regulations.
