Requirements

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a dual-screen environment
- Understanding of call center metrics
Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound phone calls and chats
- Resolve customer issues in a timely fashion
- Produce binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements
- Manage documentation workflows
- Mentor new hires and provide training
- Meet or exceed department call handling and quality metrics
