Requirements

- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in website/digital navigation.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sports.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft programs.
- Hard-wired Internet connection (2 Mbps upload / 10 Mbps download).
- Quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as brand ambassador.
- Support digital sports platforms via chat, SMS, email, social, voice, and self-service.
- Demonstrate patience while acknowledging and resolving customer issues.
- Educate fans on streaming games and creating fantasy accounts.
- Effectively use technology tools and resources to resolve inquiries.
