Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in UX/UI design or product design.
- Proven experience leading design on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic depth and process.
- Deep expertise in building and maintaining scalable design systems.
- Technical design fluency in front-end constraints, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Demonstrated practical experience integrating AI-powered design tools into daily workflows.
- Experience at a CRO, experimentation, or growth marketing agency.
- Experience designing for A/B testing and personalization platforms.
- Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or subscription-based product design.
- Experience with lifecycle marketing design and paid media creative strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead concepting and design execution for complex client engagements.
- Contribute to design strategy by identifying opportunities and recommending approaches.
- Own client-facing design presentations and articulate design rationale.
- Produce end-to-end work from concepts to production-ready deliverables.
- Architect and evolve design systems including tokens, patterns, and documentation.
- Bridge design and engineering by understanding front-end constraints.
- Mature internal AI design capabilities by integrating new tools and workflows.
- Conduct accessibility and UX/UI audits against WCAG and conversion principles.
