Responsibilities

  • Apply product knowledge to resolve customer issues via email, live chat, and phone
  • Handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day
  • Conduct new customer implementations and training
  • Develop and deliver training webinars for customers and internal teams
  • Create and maintain help documentation and training videos
  • Perform software quality assurance and testing
  • Provide design and functionality feedback to product development
