Responsibilities
- Apply product knowledge to resolve customer issues via email, live chat, and phone
- Handle approximately 25 customer interactions per day
- Conduct new customer implementations and training
- Develop and deliver training webinars for customers and internal teams
- Create and maintain help documentation and training videos
- Perform software quality assurance and testing
- Provide design and functionality feedback to product development
