Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in life sciences or healthcare analytics.
- Experience with clinical trials, patient identification, and real-world data.
- Proven background in consultative solution delivery.
- Ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional engagements.
- Familiarity with EHR data, clinical terminology, and coding systems.
- Knowledge of value sets for research, analytics, and clinical workflows.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Executives to support discovery, feasibility, and solution design.
- Translate customer needs into solution approaches leveraging IMO capabilities.
- Coordinate pilot engagements, defining objectives, timelines, and metrics.
- Monitor pilot progress to address delivery issues and ensure alignment across teams.
- Support internal coordination to demonstrate value and measurable outcomes to customers.
- Build relationships with stakeholders in clinical research, real-world evidence, and data science.
- Identify follow-on opportunities and additional use cases for existing clients.
