- Strong 0-to-1 design instincts
- Ability to align stakeholders and defend design decisions
- High visual design craft standards
- Deep fluency in interaction design
- Deep fluency in user research
- Self-driven with a bias for action
- Structured thinker capable of clarifying messy problems
- Active use of AI tools in design workflows
Responsibilities
- Own problems end to end across comparison, financial advisory, and discovery surfaces
- Synthesise user insights into clear problem statements and design decisions
- Deliver high-quality UI that is precise and technically feasible
- Bring a strong design point of view and advocate for it
- Float across squads to partner with PMs and engineers
- Build with AI daily for generation, critique, and iteration
