Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear oral communication skills
- Previous experience with data entry
- Wired internet connection (Cable or Fiber Optic; no Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL)
- Quiet workspace free from distraction
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations
- Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
- Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
- Document all conversations with client into client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
- Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax
- Assisting clients with reships
- Assist callers with Community Supports benefit inquiries
- Notify clients of benefits ending soon and assist with reauthorization
