Requirements

  • High school degree or GED
  • 1 year of previous customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Clear oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with data entry
  • Wired internet connection (Cable or Fiber Optic; no Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL)
  • Quiet workspace free from distraction

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, including de-escalations
  • Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Input order information into the appropriate client order screen
  • Document all conversations with client into client information database
  • Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
  • Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax
  • Assisting clients with reships
  • Assist callers with Community Supports benefit inquiries
  • Notify clients of benefits ending soon and assist with reauthorization
