- 5+ years working on distributed systems at scale.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or Java.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Experience integrating AI/ML services and LLM technologies.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering culture.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
