Requirements
- 6+ years of commercial experience in AI solutions
- Experience in leading end-to-end ML projects and managing cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in developing ML algorithms
- Strong Python programming skills
- Knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch/Tensorflow)
- Expertise in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Knowledge of LLMs (AI agents, prompt engineering, RAG)
- C1 level proficiency in English
- Consulting experience with direct client interaction
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD, MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Master’s or Ph.D. in CS, Data Science, Math, Physics or related
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions
- Design AI solution architectures that meet business goals
- Research and select AI tools and technologies
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
- Understand clients' needs and translate business problems into data science problems
- Architect and oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows
- Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams
- Present findings to stakeholders
- Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework
