Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP PM/EAM solution design and customization
- Proven background in designing complex maintenance processes
- Experience gathering and discussing requirements with business stakeholders
- Ability to present solution concepts at both operational and management levels
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams
- Very good command of German (mandatory)
- Good English skills
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements within the SAP PM/EAM maintenance environment
- Design functional and technical solution concepts for maintenance processes
- Prepare and define customization settings in SAP PM/EAM
- Create functional concepts, customizing concepts, configuration lists, and management summaries
- Align solution designs with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Support decision-making by preparing presentations and management overviews
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation
- Ensure alignment with SAP S/4HANA architecture and best practices
