Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and delivery within complex environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges effectively.
- Experience within financial services or regulated environments (preferred).
- Familiarity with data migration processes (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Owns end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, in scope, and to quality standards.
- Coordinates across business, technology, and third-party teams to maintain delivery alignment.
- Removes blockers and manages risks/issues to maintain delivery momentum.
- Drives Agile delivery practices (sprints, planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Acts as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Ensures governance, reporting, and documentation are maintained throughout delivery.
- Focuses on delivery efficiency, continuous improvement, and value realization.
- Supports prioritization and sequencing of work with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
