Requirements
- Bachelors in a computing or engineering degree
- Experience in high pressure environments, preferably Front office application support
- Extensive experience managing client queries
- Experience working on n-tier architecture and complex systems
- Proficiency in an OOPs language (C++ or C#)
- Scripting experience in Perl, Python, or PowerShell
- Strong experience with SQL server and MongoDB
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge of network elements related to the web
- Experience with production environment deployments
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of availability in the production and UAT environments
- Perform root cause analysis by analyzing application logs and code base
- Manage and prioritize support tickets using ServiceNow
- Perform configuration management in UAT/production environments
- Monitor applications using ELK, PagerDuty, and other internal tools
- Support project go-lives and internal hardware upgrades
- Document knowledge on Confluence
- Execute Annual Disaster Recovery testing and BCP planning
