Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art
- Strong portfolio featuring AI-driven video work
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, or Happy Horse
- Solid understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content with a focus on storytelling, atmosphere, and visual coherence
- Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from ideation to final delivery
- Utilise tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse and other AI video models
- Develop and maintain consistent character appearance and style across narratives
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction for final outputs
- Experiment with new AI models and techniques to improve production workflows
