Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art.
- Strong portfolio with AI-driven video work.
- Hands-on experience with AI video tools like Kling, Seedance, or Happy Horse.
- Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines including prompting and consistency techniques.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and cinematic language skills.
- Ability to maintain character/scene consistency.
- Fluent in English.
- High ownership and independence.
- Comfortable working with uncensored models and explicit adult content.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise scripts based on production needs and existing AI characters.
- Create narrative-driven, longform video content with focus on storytelling and visual coherence.
- Manage end-to-end AI video production workflows from prompting to post-production.
- Utilise AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality sequences.
- Maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity.
- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction.
- Experiment with new AI models, tools, and techniques.
- Refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and quality.
