Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong background in distributed computing and data infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python and Go
- Understanding of database technologies (Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, DuckDB)
- Experience with API development (REST/gRPC)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement core components for a Batch and Realtime Streaming platform
- Collaborate across research, legal, trading, finance, and infra teams to ship new features
- Design intuitive interfaces (APIs, SDKs, UIs) for feature discovery and access
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and lineage through versioning and monitoring
- Optimize data pipelines and storage for high performance, scalability, and reliability
- Drive adoption of the feature store through documentation and developer support
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices
