Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or enterprise application engineering roles.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise solutions across Salesforce ecosystems, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules such as Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Personalization Builder, Interaction Studio, and Salesforce Einstein.
  • Strong development expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems, CMS platforms, analytics tools, and enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integration patterns, and data flow architecture.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead technical workshops, mentor engineering teams, and manage client-facing engagements.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure CRM and marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical architectures and customer engagement strategies.
  • Conduct architecture workshops, solution discussions, and technical consulting sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop integration strategies connecting marketing platforms with CRM systems, CMS platforms, analytics tools, CDP/DMP systems, and third-party applications.
  • Create technical architecture diagrams, integration flows, solution blueprints, and implementation documentation.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and deployment of marketing automation solutions while ensuring best practices, governance, and scalability.
  • Build demonstrations, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts to support pre-sales and client solutioning initiatives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for customer journeys, personalization, automation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
  • Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance, reusable frameworks, and knowledge-sharing support.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders on platform capabilities and governance standards.
