Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, reconciliations, or related operational finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of Excel at an intermediate or advanced level.
- Experience with reconciliation processes and financial operations.
- Familiarity with SQL and database logic is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning skills with the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable implementation solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in remote and fast-paced environments.
- Experience in startup environments is considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or VB is a plus.
- Strong adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems, processes, and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Configure and implement operational, accounting, and financial reconciliation use cases according to solution design specifications.
- Deliver implementation projects efficiently while meeting established timelines, quality standards, and project scope requirements.
- Execute assigned project planning activities and communicate any deviations or risks to project stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure the stabilization and proper functionality of implementation logic and reconciliation workflows.
- Create and maintain supporting documentation for implemented processes and technical configurations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and align solutions with best practices and operational goals.
- Conduct delivery handovers and validate completed implementations with end users and client teams.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless implementation experiences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, scalability, and optimization during implementation cycles.
- Support clients throughout the onboarding and configuration process with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
