Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, wholesale operations, vendor portal operations, or similar
- Hands-on experience using retail vendor portals such as DSCO, Retail Link, SPS Commerce, or similar
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, tracker building, and structured data management
- Strong written English communication skills
- Experience working with pricing data, operational workflows, and structured reporting
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or similar workflow-enhancement platforms
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word
Responsibilities
- Monitor retail vendor portals daily to ensure products are live, compliant, and priced correctly
- Upload new products into retail systems and manage the process end-to-end
- Identify and resolve portal issues before they impact retailer operations or orders
- Conduct weekly competitor and retail market research
- Audit pricing across retail systems and cross-reference against internal pricing lists
- Prepare weekly exception reports covering pricing issues, anomalies, and portal concerns
- Maintain internal trackers including pricing logs, issue logs, and task trackers
