- 4+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proven experience developing effective SEO strategies that return ROI for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present SEO strategies to clients.
- Growth hacking mindset: experience in testing unconventional strategies and leveraging automation.
- Proven experience in leveraging AI-driven solutions to enhance SEO performance.
- Ability to create simple scripts to automate data analysis and processing.
- Ability to independently carry out comprehensive SEO analyses of sites.
- Experience developing scalable content strategies, including AI-assisted content generation.
- Experience with SEO research tools including Ahrefs, Sitebulb, Screaming Frog and SEMRush.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Data Studio.
- Experience in creating and conducting SEO related training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies that drive ROI-focused growth for our clients.
- Lead client communications, presenting complex SEO insights and strategy recommendations in an engaging, actionable manner.
- Optimize websites for technical SEO, content, and off-site strategies, ensuring sustainable search visibility.
- Implement growth hacking techniques, including rapid experimentation and data-driven optimizations.
- Manage and oversee non-standard SEO projects such as large-scale site migrations and penalty recovery.
- Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and implement structured data.
- Modify SEO elements in client website code and make server-side changes.
- Lead the adoption of AI SEO and staying ahead of industry changes.
- Create comprehensive training materials and train other team members.
- Mentor, coach, and advise more junior members of the team.
