Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience
- Full-stack expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript
- Backend experience with JavaScript, Java, or Golang
- Explicit mentoring experience of senior-level engineers
- Significant experience in AWS-based cloud architecture environments
- Experience with AI-native productivity tools (Cursor, Supabase, Vercel, etc.)
- Experience designing high-traffic web applications and scalable distributed services
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of reference for the squad and broader engineering team
- Lead the design and architectural discussions for systems
- Advocate for and ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the engineering department's strategy and vision
- Address complex technical challenges and optimize existing systems
- Mentor and develop team members
- Leverage AI-native tools to improve development speed and product capabilities
