- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
- 5-10 years experience leading high-performance product teams in SaaS or observability.
- Experience in PaaS, enterprise software, or DXP environments.
- Ability to manage long-range planning and P&L impact.
- Focus on product adoption and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic roadmap for the Core Data Layer (CDL).
- Manage centralization and normalization of data silos into a semantic layer.
- Partner with GTM leadership to improve account management performance.
- Drive the transition toward an AI-native product development lifecycle.
- Lead strategy for enterprise-wide observability and data quality KPIs.
- Enforce Safe-by-Design protocols and data governance.
