Requirements
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Strong Python (Flask/SQLAlchemy) and TypeScript (React) experience.
- PostgreSQL database knowledge (common table expressions, windowing functions, views, etc.).
- Proficiency targeting infrastructure as code with a security mindset (AWS, Terraform).
- Participation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- History of delivering complex web applications to the cloud.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing across multiple paradigms.
- Experience working with microservices/an API-based application paradigm.
- Git code management skills with experience working in a mono repository preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
- Write and test high quality code based on design specification and product requirements.
- Participate in planning and design discussions with product managers and designers.
- Write clean, maintainable code using technologies like Python, React, and AWS.
- Conduct testing and debugging software to ensure high quality.
- Become a subject matter expert on your team’s products.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
