Requirements
- Solid experience as a Data or Backend Engineer working with large scale data products.
- Full-cycle product development experience: scoping, architecture, implementation, release, and iteration.
- Strong system design skills and experience with high-volume environments.
- Hands-on experience building agentic / LLM-powered features in production.
- Practical understanding of trade-offs between LLMs (cost, latency, capability).
- Familiarity with AWS services (SageMaker, Glue, Kinesis, SQS, Lambda, ECS).
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Autonomy in gathering requirements for complex projects.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Must be based in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Build a creator search engine indexing 400M+ influencer profiles and billions of media files.
- Generate embeddings from images, videos, text, and audio at scale.
- Create systems for advanced filtering, ranking, and relevance scoring.
- Deploy the latest ML models for semantic and vector search into production.
- Design indexing and querying pipelines to serve millions of requests with low latency.
- Experiment with LLMs, multimodal embeddings, and vector databases.
